Experience

CMMS

  • Configured, tested and implemented a major CMMS product (MAXIMO) rollout for a large energy company. The project involved multiple plant sites both in the US and abroad. Extensive integration with a commonly used financial package (Peoplesoft) required in-depth knowledge of both the CMMS and the financial systems requirements.

  • Managed a $5 million project for a major steel manufacturer for the implementation of a CMMS product.
  • Completed a CMMS analysis for a large-scale refiner whose objective was to replace legacy software with state-of-the-art CMMS software.
  • Led a project to implement CMMS (COMPASS) software for a large chemical company. The implementation project involved coordination of the implementation “base software” for six chemical plants located in the United States. This included the design and development of $1 million of software modifications.
  • Managed the design, development, and implementation activities associated with a $1.5 million project for the Saudi Arabian oil ministry.
  • Participated in numerous implementation projects for large clients providing expertise in the areas of maintenance, materials management, and procurement.
  • Managed all CMMS activities for the European branch (Wiesbaden, W. Germany) for a CMMS (Bonner & Moore) vendor. Activities included marketing and sales, seminars, conferences, installations, implementations, and training.
  • Led technical sales support activities for several CMMS (Bonner & Moore, PSDI, Computron) vendors including managing sales support staff, marketing, conducting remote and local demos, trade shows, mailings, user conference organizations, contract negotiation, and specialized consulting activities.
